These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and oklb ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms apply to all use of the oklb website and any related services, features, content, and functionality made available through oklb, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, virtual sports, and all promotional and bonus programmes. By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing oklb, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with oklb and to use any of its services. 1.2 Additional Eligibility Conditions

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of using the platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of oklb or any of its affiliated companies or technology partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion arrangement, or other restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You must not hold more than one oklb account at any time.

oklb reserves the right to verify player eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To register an oklb account you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. oklb may conduct identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any subsequent time. KYC may require submission of a copy of your National ID Card (NID), passport, driving licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by oklb may result in account suspension and delay of pending withdrawals.

2.2 Account Security Obligations

• Choose a strong, unique password for your oklb account and do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Do not disclose your username or password to any third party, including family members or friends. oklb will never ask you for your password by email, SMS, or any other channel.
• Notify oklb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised it, unless and until you have notified oklb of unauthorised access and oklb has taken action to secure the account.

2.3 Account Suspension and Closure

oklb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, if oklb reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or collusive activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, all balances including any pending bonuses or winnings may be voided and forfeited.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

oklb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All payment accounts used to deposit funds at oklb must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed. oklb reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your oklb account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your balance. The minimum deposit amount at oklb is displayed on the deposit page at time of transaction. oklb does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may charge a transaction fee as per their own published fee schedule. oklb is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. You may not withdraw to a different account or payment method from the one used to deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. oklb may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawals.
• Any bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements in full before the associated funds can be withdrawn.
• oklb targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may be up to one business day. These are target times and not guaranteed; oklb is not liable for delays caused by payment provider outages or banking system issues.

oklb reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks the withdrawal may be temporarily held. Players will be notified if additional information is required. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violation, oklb may freeze the relevant funds pending investigation.

4.1 General Bonus Rules

oklb offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are displayed at the point of opt-in and specify the applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), minimum bet odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date. These general Terms apply to all bonuses in addition to any promotion-specific terms. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

4.2 Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses expire as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• oklb may withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have completed the wagering requirements, oklb will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice. Remaining bonus balances will be handled in accordance with the specific promotion terms.

Bonus offers are designed for recreational players. oklb reserves the right to exclude any player from bonus eligibility, reduce bonus amounts, or impose additional restrictions on bonus use if oklb determines that a player is exploiting the bonus system or engaging in bonus abuse. This determination is made at oklb's sole discretion and does not require evidence of intent.

Where oklb identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it may freeze the relevant account and associated funds without prior notice while an investigation is conducted. oklb will inform the player of the freeze as soon as it is reasonably practicable to do so, unless doing so would compromise the investigation. The outcome of oklb's investigation is final subject to any formal dispute process set out in these Terms.

All content on the oklb platform, including but not limited to the oklb brand name, logo, domain name, website design, interface layout, text, graphics, images, audio, video, software code, game content, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to oklb and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the oklb platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, transmitted, or used to create derivative works without oklb's prior written consent.
